For those that do use the app, I hope that you do have a positive experience with customer service. I was looking forward to being able to delete multiple contacts at once, but I will be seeking other means to do so. Purely because of attitude and accusatory statements. However, whoever is responding to the reviews is honestly condescending and makes me not want to use the app. This is something that concerns me and can be attributed to human error or technical flaw.
